As a mark of respect to the Malone and Walker families the Ladies 1st and 2nd Divisions are called off this week 21st Mar and the games between Brownes D v Cresent Bar / Bradys D v Brownes B / Brownes E v Mc Gees / Pike B v Brownes F in the Mens league are also called off

1. All games in the 3rd 4A & 4B Divisions on Tuesday 14th Feb are cancelled and will now take place on Tuesday 21st Feb with the Subsequent weeks all been put back a week
2; All games in 1st Div are to be best of Five [5] all games in rest of Divs Ladies and Gents are to be best of Three [3]

3 ; A toss at the beginning of each final, winner of toss determines who goes 1st in the 1st 3rd and 5th games loser of the toss goes 1st in the 2nd 4th and 6th games. If at this stage it is 3 – 3 a toss before the final game to determine who goes 1st in 1st leg loser goes 1st in 2nd leg if this game is at 1-1 at 2nd and final toss will determine who goes 1st in that leg, this will apply to all finals

4 ; In all singles matches Ladies and Gents up to and including Finals Winner of toss goes 1st in 1st game loser 1st in the 2nd game toss again for the 3rd leg

5 ; Highest checkout can be registered throughout the League and in the finals of all Division both Ladies and Gents, highest checkouts can also be registered throughout the Singles Comp / Finals in all Division in Both Ladies and Gents Comp, with the exception where a Division (Ladies and Gents) is split into A and B groups where there will be only ONE (1) highest checkout

6 ;If a walkover is given by any team Players who turn up to play the game will be allowed to take part in the following years league, this must be proven, put in writing and signed by the publicans involved with players names on it.

7 ; Players who turn up on the night in question will be allowed to take part in that year’s singles

8 ; Any Player, Team, Publican with outstanding monies owing to the league will not be allowed to take part in the following year’s competition until all such arrears or monies owed are paid in full. This to come into effect for 2013 season

9 ;All participating pubs must make sure that the Dart Boards used are of an acceptable standard and that the “Ochie “is clearly marked at 7 ft 9 ¼ inches
