The Constitution  has been ratified by the General Secretary of the INDO

Players who do not sign the Constitution will NOT play in any future tournaments until it is  signed


 .
All players must register and pay entry fee before they can take part in all future tournaments.All future tournaments will be in a round robin format  last sixteen will then play in a knockout competion to determine ranking points for coming season.
